📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Manage inventory and ordering processes to optimize costs and ensure availability of products.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other branches and the corporate office to share best practices and ensure consistency in operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
