📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Follow food safety and hygiene standards.,Assist in inventory management and food cost control.,Prepare and cook food for daily operations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
