In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the company's financial operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation and filing of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and accuracy.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
