Silver Hub Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a passion for continuous learning and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training and development needs of employees and design appropriate programs to address these needs.,Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their personal and professional growth.,Work closely with the HR team to ensure that learning and development initiatives are aligned with the company's HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong background in human resources.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning and development programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.,Excellent organizational and project management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
