📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Organize and execute sales promotions, events, and campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
