📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day security operations of the company, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement appropriate measures.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Train and mentor security personnel to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall safety and security of the company.
  • Monitor and maintain security systems and equipment, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on security matters.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing security operations and personnel.
  • Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid security license and certification (e.g., ASIS, SIA, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with security technology and systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
