📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, software, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
