In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.,Monitor system performance and capacity, and plan for future growth.,Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security policies.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Backup and restore data as needed, ensuring data integrity and availability.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.,Document all processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
