📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other types of technical documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Work with graphic designers and other professionals to create visually appealing and informative documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills
