📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and manage warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems and processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
  • Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and staff.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
