📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality order processing and fulfillment.
• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline order fulfillment and enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze order fulfillment metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of order fulfillment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or a related role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team in a customer service or order fulfillment environment.
• Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with order management systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
