📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food storage and inventory, ensuring freshness and proper storage conditions.,Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure hygiene and safety.,Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen management activities, including scheduling and staffing.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Prepare and maintain kitchen documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
