📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in lesson planning and preparation
  • Engage students in classroom activities
  • Support the lead tutor in managing classroom discipline
  • Assist in grading and providing feedback on student work
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops
  • Provide additional support as needed

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Familiarity with Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods
  • Proven ability to engage and motivate students
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
