Rejeki Umar Shop is searching for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. This is a hybrid position, combining office work with field responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a passion for maintaining a well-organized and efficient fleet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are properly trained and equipped to operate the vehicles safely and efficiently.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs and improve efficiency.,Schedule and arrange for regular maintenance and repairs of vehicles, working with trusted mechanics and service providers.,Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory requirements, and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring that goods are transported safely and securely.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure that vehicles are available when needed and that routes are optimized for efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
