Express Global Abadi is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information,Process transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized store environment,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed,Handle cash and card transactions securely,Promote store products and special offers to customers,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Participate in training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment,Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
