In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales growth. You will work closely with sales teams, customers, and other departments to ensure our products meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and provide excellent service.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets and exceed expectations.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management in the retail industry.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
