📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales and profitability.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide regular reports on store performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
