Cemerlang Insurance is looking for a Lead Tax Consultant to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations, and leading a team of tax consultants.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.
  • Lead a team of tax consultants, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the tax liability of our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tax regulations and legislation, and ensure that the team is aware of any changes that may affect our clients.
  • Prepare and present tax reports and analyses to clients and management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that tax considerations are taken into account in all aspects of our business.
  • Participate in professional development activities and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by providing expert advice and guidance on tax matters.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a focus on insurance or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of tax consultants.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is a plus.
