📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Maintain a clean and safe nursing environment in accordance with hospital standards.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Professional nursing license in Indonesia.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Strong commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement.,Fluency in Indonesian language is preferred.
