Sehati Budi Restaurant is looking for an experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleaning.,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and that costs are controlled.,Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Prepare and present operational reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant operations or a related field.,Proven track record of managing a team and overseeing daily operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and reporting.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
