📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement age-appropriate art and craft activities aligned with the Montessori method.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and exploration.
• Assist students in developing essential life skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, and self-expression.
• Collaborate with other educators to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for our students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation in art and craft activities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in art education to enrich the learning experience.
• Promote a safe and respectful classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Participate in school events and activities to showcase student achievements and foster a sense of community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching art and craft to young children, preferably in a Montessori setting.
• Certification in Montessori education is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of various art techniques and materials.
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate art projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or similar platforms.
• Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering creativity.
