In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data, as well as identifying and mitigating financial risks. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. Conducting financial audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data,Identifying and assessing financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them,Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures,Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of compliance programs,Collaborating with management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and compliance staff,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial auditing or risk management,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
