📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of construction sites,Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders,Inspect and test completed projects to ensure quality standards are met,Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation,Train and mentor junior engineers and staff,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations,Manage and maintain site equipment and machinery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with relevant software and tools,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Experience in managing and maintaining construction sites
