📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff members, providing leadership and mentorship.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and report to regional managers and the corporate office.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding financial inclusion initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP.
