• Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed business decisions.
• Work closely with our team to ensure that our outlets are running efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving performance.
• Strong knowledge of F&B industry trends, market analysis, and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business-related travel.
