As a Corporate Action & Stakeholder Management Specialist in Jakarta Raya, you will be responsible for managing corporate actions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and compliance with Islamic finance principles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage corporate actions such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring compliance with Islamic finance principles.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of corporate actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and business partners.
• Monitor and report on corporate actions, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to corporate actions.
• Provide support to the Head of Corporate Actions in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate action policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate actions and stakeholder management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate actions and stakeholder management, preferably in the Islamic banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic finance principles and Shariah compliance.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of corporate actions software such as Bloomberg or FactSet is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
