As an Early Childhood Educator & Caregiver, you'll be responsible for planning and implementing daily activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. You'll work closely with parents to ensure a smooth transition between home and daycare, and you'll maintain accurate records of each child's progress and milestones. Our daycare uses a variety of educational tools and resources, including Montessori materials, educational toys, and interactive learning activities.

• Plan and implement daily activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for children aged 1-5 years
• Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
• Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and milestones

• Collaborate with other educators to ensure consistent and high-quality care
• Implement and follow our daycare's health and safety protocols
• Stay up-to-date with the latest early childhood education trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education (preferred)
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPCA, ECE, or equivalent) (preferred)
• Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with Montessori education principles (preferred)
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification (required)
