📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Dispense medications accurately and safely, ensuring patient compliance and adherence to prescribed treatments.
• Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
• Monitor and report on medication errors, adverse drug reactions, and other incidents.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and the public.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid professional license as a Pharmacist in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
