📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Assist in the planning and execution of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using ERP systems, such as SAP, and familiar with logistics software, such as JDA or Manhattan Associates.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation and delivery purposes.
• Ability to travel both locally and internationally, as needed.
