- Oversee and optimize mining operations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and sustainability.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and environmental standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the mining industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing mining projects.
- Strong understanding of mining regulations, environmental laws, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as SAP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar management methodology is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
