📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage and update maintenance schedules using SAP and other relevant software.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and documentation for all facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor facility performance metrics and report any issues to management.
• Assist in training new staff on facility operations and maintenance procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility operations and maintenance.
• Proficient in using SAP and other facility management software.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with maintenance procedures and equipment.
• Certification in Facility Management or a related field is a plus.
