Head of Marketplace Returns - E-Commerce Logistics Leadership

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact team in optimizing reverse logistics for one of Indonesia’s fastest-growing electronics marketplace operations. In this strategic role, you will design and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline our returns process.

As Head of Marketplace Returns, you will oversee a team of logistics experts, ensuring seamless coordination between our warehouse, customer service, and third-party logistics providers. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, implementing new technologies like WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Design and implement strategies to optimize reverse logistics, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Analyze data using tools like Tableau and Power BI to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance the customer experience and resolve returns issues promptly.
• Implement and manage WMS and ERP systems to streamline warehouse operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure reliable and efficient service.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of the returns process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in reverse logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on reverse logistics.
• Proven track record of leading teams and implementing innovative solutions in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Certification in Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
