Stripe is looking for a Head of Risk Programs, APAC to lead and drive our risk strategy and operations in the Asia Pacific region. This role is crucial in ensuring the security and integrity of our platform, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management programs that protect our customers and business.

As the Head of Risk Programs, APAC, you will work closely with various teams across Stripe to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the risk strategy and operations in the APAC region.
  • Develop and implement risk management programs and frameworks.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the business.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with various teams to promote a risk-aware culture.
  • Monitor and report on risk metrics and performance.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging risks and trends in the financial services industry.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in finance, risk management, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in risk management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory environment.
  • Experience in a global or international business environment is a plus.
