📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Manage site documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and subcontractor coordination.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or deviations from the project plan.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labor hours, equipment usage, and material consumption.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and other legal documents related to the project.
• Provide regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
